The small group personal training has all the benefits of one to one sessions, at a more affordable price, plus the added benefit of team building and motivation. Group sizes are never greater than four people, so that your trainer can still help and push everyone as much as possible.
Your first session will always be a one to one, where we will assess your abilities and goals, this is important so we can get an understanding of your abilities and current state of health.
8 Small Group Personal Training Sessions
This is where the hard work comes in. Competing with yourself and others to push hard and get everything you can out for every session. With group sizes never exceeding four people you will be able to make some new friends in a great environment. You will get the opportunity to join two personal training sessions a week.
Nutritional Coaching can be a mine field with some much information out there. Your coach will guide you through and shed some light on what can be a tricky subject. You’ll receive comprehensive advice to complement your fitness program and help you reach your goals faster.
A supportive community can really help inspire and motivate you to stay on track and push yourself. You’ll get access to a member only Facebook Group where you can share your thoughts and experiences with other members and coaches. We promote you to share your successes, questions and anything else the group will enjoy.
