I have worked with several mature clients to help them to achieve different health and fitness goals. This has included helping a 57 year old to run a competitive marathon time, and enabling a 71 year old be able to touch her toes again, after over a decade of not being able to do so!

This may be as a treatment plan for obesity, blood pressure problems, arthritis, COPD, or to aid general health and strength. It could even be a part of your rehabilitation after an injury, surgery or pregnancy.
No two clients are the same, and I relish the challenge of the job. I have had the pleasure of helping a variety of clients (both GP referrals and otherwise) to aid recovery from injury, and/or manage a multitude of conditions. I have regular clients in Bideford, Barnstaple, Braunton, Westward Ho! and the surrounding areas in North Devon. Being mobile, I will travel to you and carry out training at your home, gym or even at your workplace.
Matt often has limited availability for his personal training and massage services, but he is currently taking appointments Monday to Saturday and will always try and accommodate you.
